Our Team

Paul’s passion for soccer runs deep—from playing in college and supporting Manchester City to competing in leagues across Lansing. He founded Real Lansing FC and has guided it from a simple idea to a fully organized, community-centered soccer club.

As Technical and Executive Director, Paul provides leadership across the club’s playing philosophy, formations, player development, and recruitment. He supports and mentors coaches, ensuring consistency in training and development across all age groups.

Committed to continued growth, Paul recently earned his U.S. Soccer C License. He coaches multiple teams, contributes to nearly every dimension of the club’s operations, and serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President.
